Los indefinidos: el otro, los otros

Other /'ʌðə(r)/ significa otro.

Cuando lo usamos solo también tiene una forma plural:

THE OTHER (el otro)	THE OTHERS (los otros)
- This postcard is cheap, the other is expensive. - Esta postal es barata, la otra es cara.	- These postcards are cheap, the others are expensive. - Estas postales son baratas, las otras son caras.

Cuando añadimos one/ones (Lección 68), other siempre queda en singular:

THE OTHER + ONE (el otro específico)	THE OTHER + ONES (los otros específicos)
- This bread roll is soft, the other one is hard. - Este panecillo es blando, el otro es duro.	- These bread rolls are soft, the other ones are hard. ~~... the others ones are hard~~ - Estos panecillos son blandos, los otros son duros.

También debe permanecer en singular ante los nombres:

THE OTHER + NOMBRE SINGULAR (el otro)	THE OTHER + NOMBRE PLURAL (los otros)
- This box is full, the other box is empty. - Esta caja está llena, la otra caja está vacía.	- These boxes are full, the other boxes are empty. ~~... the others boxes~~ - Estas cajas están llenas, las otras están vacías.

¡Sólo nos falta una pequeña regla más y ya está!
